After registering with Funnel Base you are required to install Funnel Base pixel.
Pixel - is a little piece of code that needs to be integrated into your or your client's website to show Funnel Base notifications. You won’t be able to use Funnel Base unless you add the pixel.
As long as you have an Agency package - you're allowed to add up to 100 websites and pixels.
You can install Funnel Base pixel manually (set it up yourself or send an email with the code to the developer).
Or, you can copy and paste the pixel to one of the platforms that we integrated with
(WordPress plugin, Shopify App, Wix, etc.). You can learn how to do it here.
After adding the pixel - clear the cache and get back to us for confirmation. Once your domain is on the list, this means it's Ready and Active.

Make sure you have installed the pixel correctly.
Visit your site in incognito mode.
Contact our support team and so we can assist you.
Once pixel installed you can create your first funnel.
Once the new funnel is ready, click Custom Branding to create a branding name that will be shown on a notification and paste a URL where the user will be redirected once he clicked on the branding name. You can leave these fields empty - in this case, notifications will be shown with Funnel Base branding.
After installing pixel to your website and customizing branding - you’re ready to create your first campaign and show different notifications on your website.

If you don't want to show branding on your notifications - you can do that in any notification type settings.
How to do it?
Open notification settings and go to Displays. Select OFF Display Branding. You can also hide the close button by setting it up OFF.
